1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at suuport@gadgetrak.xyz with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
